Carl and Marti Gotts came to St Croix in 1988. Carl is President of Gotts & Associates Insurance and Marti is the owner/operator and momma bear of the Vacation St Croix family. Marti will help you choose the perfect vacation villa on St Croix and make sure everything is in place for your arrival. St. Croix is their home and they love sharing their experience, recommendations, and adventures to make your vacation as wonderful as it can be. St. Croix is not only a beautiful Caribbean destination but a great place to live. Both also operate a successful real estate agency if you’d like to own your own piece of paradise, let them know!
Marti & Carl enjoy island life along with their dozen rescue dogs and numerous cats. They both love traveling the world and searching out new ways to improve your vacation experience.
Airport Greeters.
When you first arrive on St Croix, chances are you’ll be greeted at the airport by one of these lovely smiles! Joan, Inderia, or Ann will warmly welcome you at the Henry Rohlsen Airport (STX) and once you’ve secured your rental car or taxi transport, they will escort you to your villa for check-in. Upon arrival, they’ll walk you through the residence and make sure you know where every lock and light switch is and ensure you feel safe, relaxed, and most importantly, at home.
Villa Maintenance.
Cliff is the head of maintenance for our St Croix vacation villas and though we hope you won’t need him during your stay – he will be there if you do! Cliff ensures that the ACs, icemakers, stoves and every convenience that you need are in working order.
Housekeeping.
Paul and Anne will make sure that your villa is clean and comfortable and stocked with all you need when you arrive. Their attention to detail ensures that everything is ship-shape from top to bottom. Leave your beach towels and cleaning products at home, we’ve got you taken care of!
IT Department.
Mother and daughter team Joan and Takisha make sure that you stay in touch with the real world as much as you want. They ensure the Cable and Satellite TVs are in working order and the Wifi is up and running so that you can post pictures on social media and make your friends jealous!
Pool Maintenance.
Jude makes sure that each of our gorgeous villas’ swimming pools are ready and waiting for you to dive in. Can’t you just see yourself sipping a cocktail poolside while gazing at the Caribbean Sea? We can!
Landscaping.
Gabriel has been with Vacation St Croix since the beginning. He makes sure that the tropical landscapes that adorn our vacation villas are lush and beautiful. From pruning the colorful bougainvillea and frangipani to trimming the coconut palms, Gabriel’s green thumb creates the serene landscapes that make your home away from home lush and inviting.
Construction.
Pedro & Paul head up the construction team. As a villa management company, Vacation St Croix manages private homes that are both for rent and those that remain for private owner use. Whether it’s a new pergola to provide shade by the pool or a new pool… these guys help our team to make sure things are expertly crafted on budget and on time.
