Information We Need from You
Your Travel Itinerary
It’s very important that you send us your travel itinerary as soon as you make your arrangements so that we can be sure to have our Greeter meet you at the right place at the right time. Please include carriers, flight numbers and arrival times. We use this information to track your flights. Let us know if you have members of your party arriving at different times and need special arrangements to transport them to the villa.
We also need a contact number for the cell phone you will have with you when traveling. Remember to turn this phone on while at your connection airports and as soon as you land on St. Croix—just in case we are trying to reach you.
You will need a car to get around and enjoy the sites and great restaurants while staying on St. Croix. Choose from Hertz, Avis, Budget, or Centerline Car Rentals. Once you disembark from the plane on St Croix, you’ll pass the rental car windows on the way to the luggage carousel. We recommend that the parties renting the vehicle stop at the window before heading to the baggage carousel to save time. Once you have your rental car and have retrieved your luggage, you’ll be ready to follow our Greeter to your villa!
After having packed up and spent the day traveling the last thing you may want to worry about is running back out to grocery shop after you have finally arrived at your villa. Vacation St. Croix offers its clients a convenient provisioning service. Simply download the Provisioning List, and fax or email it back to us. We will make sure your villa is stocked with the items you want so that everything is waiting for you when you arrive.
