We live and work here and our in-house staff provides cleaning services, pool and yard maintenance and even construction services. While you are here we are on call to make sure your stay is nothing short of amazing.
In addition, we are proud to say that we charge no additional service fees. Simply search for your vacation villa rental and you’ll find the weekly in-season or off-season rental rate. You’ll pay that rate, the USVI Hotel Tax and a refundable damage deposit. That’s it. You can find our terms and conditions here.
