Plus, a lower-level 1-bedroom apartment with a living area, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and private entrance.
Located in the exclusive Estate Shoys neighborhood and situated above the sixth hole of the Buccaneer Resort golf course, guests are nearby to The Buccaneer Hotel with many of their public amenities including golf, tennis, 3 onsite restaurants, and 2 beaches. The villa is within walking distance or a short drive to beautiful Shoys beach. Catch a Wave houses an extensive art collection including original works by well-known local artists. The great room boasts a baby grand piano for entertaining.
Enjoy outdoor living with plenty of outdoor seating areas, gas grill gorgeous views from the large pool. Mature tropical landscaping, magical palms, bougainvillea and flowering vines frame your perfect sunset view of Christiansted Harbor. In the evening, enjoy the twinkling lights of Christiansted Harbor from your beautifully lit pool-side perch.

No Hidden Fees. You simply pay the rate based on the number of nights and guests, 12.5% USVI Hotel tax, and a refundable damage deposit. That’s it.
All homes are furnished with linens, bath, and beach towels, full kitchens with dish/flat/glass/cookware and washer/dryer. Mid-stay maid service is provided one time per week for most bookings.
Rates do not include 12.5% Hotel Tax. 50% of the rental is required to confirm a reservation with the full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and MasterCard via PayPal. We suggest you purchase travel insurance.
