Vacation St. Croix is your on-island owner representative. We will establish an Individual Owner’s Account from which we will pay your on-island bills and provide you with an itemized monthly statement as well as the paper bills. These accounts are tailored to your individual specifications and needs.
We inspect your property to insure security and general appearance. Doors, windows, plumbing, generator, etc. are tested. Your pool and cistern levels are checked and water is ordered if needed. Vehicles owned by you and stored on the property will also be regularly serviced, VI licensed and inspected and kept in good order.
Vacation St. Croix uses only licensed, qualified repairmen, electricians, plumbers and trades people on St. Croix. We also have an in-house maintenance staff on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies. We can arrange estimates for renovation, damage repair, air conditioning installation, hurricane shutters, etc. In all cases we oversee the progress and completion of any contracted work.
We provide our owners with an on-island address for mail or package deliveries through the U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express, DHL or UPS.
