The villa and property are named after the quaint country village of Brimstage located in the Northwest of England (the owner’s parents are the Lord and Lady of the Manor Brimstage.) The pool with swim-up pool bar and outdoor kitchen offer an ideal place to enjoy an afternoon cocktail and burgers on the grill or perhaps end your evening in the hot tub sipping champagne as you gaze out upon the twinkling lights of Christiansted at night and the million dollar view.
Stunning 180-degree views of St. Croix that stretch from the North to South Shore and include the U.S and British Virgin Islands, Salt River, Buck Island, Green Cay, and Christiansted. Ideally situated facing east this charming Caribbean villa takes full advantage of the constant trade winds.

No Hidden Fees. You simply pay the rate based on the number of nights and guests, 12.5% USVI Hotel tax, and a refundable damage deposit. That’s it.
All homes are furnished with linens, bath, and beach towels, full kitchens with dish/flat/glass/cookware and washer/dryer. Mid-stay maid service is provided one time per week for most bookings.
Rates do not include 12.5% Hotel Tax. 50% of the rental is required to confirm a reservation with the full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and MasterCard via PayPal. We suggest you purchase travel insurance.
